Funded places available for 15 hours and 30 hours at St Patrick's Nursery 

Please contact the school office for more information or to arrange a visit to our school. Places are available for children the term after their 3rd birthday.

From September 2024 our opening times are as follows:

Monday to Friday

Core hours: 09:00- 12:00 or 12:00-3:00(15 hours funded).

Full hours: 09:00- 12:00 and 12:00-3:00 (30 hours funded).

If you are successful in applying for 30 hours of funded childcare, please contact the office with your 11 digit code to access this.

Extra hours (extended times)if requested for early drop off 8:30-9:00 and later collection 3:00-3:30 (paid). All extra hours must be agreed in advance with Mrs Fisher, and will be charged monthly via ParentPay.

Prices for any hours not covered by government funding:

£12 per 3 hour morning or afternoon session

£2 per 30 minute extended times

At St Patrick's we have a 26 place Nursery for 3-4 year olds.

Our Nursery is welcoming and friendly where everyone is valued and cared for. Our Nursery is led by Mrs Fisher and Miss Davies (who are both Early Years Practitioners).

They provide a positive start to school life for all of the children which gives them the learning they need for transition into our Reception class.

The children have access to a range of learning opportunities and activities both inside and outside, where they can develop key skills both academically and socially.

We provide visits to the school library, weekly Physical Education lessons, as well as other exciting experiences within the main school. We work closely with our families to ensure that the children are happy and flourishing.
